PRODUCT:
For the purposes of this letter of guarantee, it will be called "The Product", "Product" or
"Products" to electric skateboards or one-person electric traction vehicle that the
"Seller" offers or offers to any natural or legal person, sufficiently
informed of its characteristics and price and that it is willing to buy it, under those
conditions, called, also for the purposes of this letter of guarantee as
"Buyer" or "Buyer".
VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY:
This legal guarantee is valid for the following 12 (twelve) months, for "Products"
New Purchased before November 1, 2022
and 24 (twenty-four) months for all “products” purchased on or after November 1,
2022 counted from the date of issuance of the commercial invoice for the purchase of the "Product".
For used "Products", this warranty is valid for the following 3 (three) months,
counted from the date of issuance of the commercial invoice for the purchase of the "Product".
